Dropped my Explorer off for the Auto Butler. When I picked it up I noticed it was not done properly. The outside looked great but the inside was hastily done. The seats where not polished/buffed. Windshield was only cleaned on drivers side. When I told the customer service, they told me I could bring it in and they would fix it while I wait. Which I haven’t done yet but will when I have another day available.

I was very pleased with the service on my 2019 screen service. Dave was very professional and courteous. When I came in for my appointment I was serviced asked if I needed a ride or would I like to wait. I was happy with the service I received. I first went to Jillian and she directed me to Dave. The staff at Sutton Ford are on top of their job.

I was car shopping and hopping. I really don’t like car shopping it takes entirely too long to purchase a car. I was told weeks ago from one of the managers of how the process would go. That was even better for me , I work the second shift, so I don’t have a lot of time to give to a car lot”. I went on a Saturday, morning I was there a few hours, and then I finished on Wednesday of the next week. So I did my process in 2 days. Found the best deal and car that matched my budget and MY STYLE, It HAS ALL THE FEATURES I WAS LOOKING FOR AND MY CAR PAYMENT IS Still in the 4 hundred range.I’m learning more about cars value. I LOVE MY FLEX! THE BEST LEASING DEAL I RECEIVED! HOPEFULLY I’LL GET THE LATEST CAR IN 3 years again, with no money down this time.
